The purpose of this blog is to document my personal fitness journey. My hope is to use it to keep myself accountable. If I am able to help motivate you along the way as well, that’s an added bonus. My plan is to honestly speak about my journey into fitness with all of you. I will show you what tools and equipment I may be using and give you my honest opinion about them.
